Liza Freitas, Managing Director of Exclusive Property Group, has extensive experience in property, specifically in residential properties.
She began her career working alongside some of Sydney’s leading property agents. And it is this unique mentoring, from successful and well known property specialists, that helped enhance Liza’s professional instincts and facilitated the development of her extensive knowledge and understanding of the property market.
In 2006, Liza qualified as a fully licensed agent. Her speciality was management – Liza could manage a group of real estate agents and run different teams all at the same time – without taking a breath! After six years of specialised property management Liza was ready for a greater challenge. So in 2012 she took her expertise to a whole new level by joining Perpetual Trustee Company Limited. Here, Liza managed a portfolio of properties across Australia. She honed her skills in sales, purchases, commercial leases, construction projects and maintenance.

Always wanting to start her own business, in 2013 Liza felt that the time was right to present her skills and specialist knowledge to her own clients – so she established the Exclusive Property Group in the exclusive area of North Shore in Sydney.
Liza brings to her business – her passion for sales, her strong business ethics and her undeniable dedication to every negotiation or sale. Her aim is to enhance the interests of her clients – whether to sell the family home or lease an apartment block.
